Triphala ("three fruits") is one of the most important formulas in Ayurvedic medicine, mentioned in the Charaka Samhita (100 BCE). Our blend uses fruits sourced from certified organic farms in Madhya Pradesh and processed at an Ayurvedic GMP facility in Nagpur.

**Ratio:** Amla 33.3% : Haritaki 33.3% : Bibhitaki 33.3%
